Cool Feeling Stuck.

Hi there!

Straight into it... I'm feeling stuck and hard to lose some weight!

Basically I can barely find time to hit the gym, study full time and eat properly while living on campus.

Throw some questions at me, help me tackle the problem and try to help me find a good solution!

Thanks all!

Hello Smik! Can you tell us a little about yourself? What are your stats? (i.e. age, height and weight) How much do you want to lose? Are you having a carb problem, i.e. too much pizza and beer? What kinds of options do the cafeterias offer you? Do you have long walks to your classes and job?

Honestly, for me, losing weight is about what I don't do more than what I do. I made excuses for a long time about not enough money for good foods and not enough time or money for a gym or even running. Turns out that I needed to eat WAY less (which is cheaper- I'm eating better AND spending less), and for me it's been much easier to lose weight through calories not eaten than exercise. I get HUNGRY when I exercise and have a tendency to eat the calories I just worked off. For me, it's easier to cut calories to a certain point and when I hit the last 5 lbs exercise too, but increase calories back up accordingly.

So yeah, it's cheap to lose weight. Actually.

No matter where you are in life, there will always be a challenge.

I would love your schedule.

I work full time and part time, responsible for my mother and my grandmother and all of their finances, and health care, both in the nursing home, and I have 4 grandkids I'm taking the time to spend more time with.

I am also, TAKING, more time for me! I need it! It comes in small chunks, but I refuse to give it up.

The thing I learned, take care of me first, I'm no good to anyone else, if I am not happy!

Any chance you are sleeping in? If so, maybe wake up half to an hour earlier and go for a walk or a run?

Hi I am JP Latham.
If you are stuck you need to see small improvements to boost your confidence to the next step.

Your determination and mind set will play a huge part.

Isolate your initial thought of being stuck. Over come it by surrounding yourself with the influences you need for better decisions.
