So I'm the early bird today?

It appears today there is (finally) no rain in the forecast. Hooray! Yesterday I managed to get a load of clothes out on the line but ended up dashing out to bring them when the rain came. So today I will try to get to that list of yard and garden projects I made.

Other than that, not much on my agenda. Maybe some laundry and making sure my family gets fed 3 times. I have been really enjoying the tomatoes and cucumbers from my garden this week. I planted some yellow cherry tomatoes and even DH says they are like eating candy, and he is not a tomato guy.

Wow, where are all the chicks?

It is another gorgeous day. I won't look at the weather and see if it stays like this or not - but my daughter is at camp and is having perfect weather.

I got lots of niggles done yesterday - a bit too much, so today is PT and not much more. Maybe a little walk at one of my favorite parks

No nap yesterday as we had to gather and drive a truckload of "artifacts" to a local festival site for display. I hate short notice stuff! I stayed at the Mill and held the fort while staff were on the road. At noon I was freed and went to Smiths Falls to pick up my wine order which was ready BEFORE the Fair fuss. (It's still in the car and I must lug it into the house before it heats up.)

Not sure what today will bring but did just spend over an hour trying to access a new email account in yahoo which Dann set up for sending files to the Office. Looks like he did not allow remote access. Grrr!

Edited to Add: Good morning Beth and Tammy. We are in for a stretch of decent weather - no rain forecast until Sunday and coolish temps. I'll share!

I went for a woggle (jogging walk lol) and one of my mom's neighbors informed me your mama's looking for you lol.

Looks like the rain is finally done, stayed home yesterday and did some cleaning around the house and caught up on some shows. DH and DD2 did not go as the show was rained out.

Tonight is DD2 soccer practice.

Good morning!

I got to Denver yesterday twice, even though I was exhausted. I also managed a lot of rest yesterday. I just got up which is a miracle for me! Today I plan on staying home and doing some light yardwork and perhaps some paperwork inside. I do need to go with my mom up to One of our mining sites. A local contractor is going to buy some fill dirt and we want to make sure we all know exactly where it is. It's a 15 miles up the road so it will be cooler there.

Beth, thanks for getting us started! I am enjoying that coffee right now. Glad you were just enjoying your tomatoes and cucumbers. That's what I hope to grow with my little greenhouse next year.

Tammy, I hope PT goes well and you get a relaxing walk in.

Jennifer, your vacation has been sounding nice. Have fun shooting today. I'll bet you're a better shot than your step dad. LOL

Good morning.

I'm working at my "old" job today. Not looking forward to the few hours I'll overlap with my manager. (She only started a few weeks ago.) I'm actually hoping that now she's had time to absorb that I'm leaving and will tell me this can be my last shift!

I've been "studying" for the new job, trying to get familiar with their clothes before I start work. So many! And, of course, I'll have to figure out what I'll want to buy right away since we wear our own brand in the store.
