I'm new here and I have a lot of weight to lose, currently I weigh 244 and I want to be around 150-160 lbs. I'm a 5'8, 36 year old female. I've read thru several of the threads on this site and found them very motivating so already I'm off to a good start.

Can anyone tell me where I can get one of those tickers to add to my sig that shows my weight loss progress?
