Falling off the wagon and getting back into shape again with a 12 WK challenge
OK so weighed myself today and found out I was 89.8kg. After having lost 20+ kg last year I weighed in at 81kg in Dec 2014 so going back to the 90s is very painful. Lately I've been binge eating but I need to stop and need to start back again.
SO... am taking a 12 week challenge starting today:
Weigh in: 89.8kg
Goal weight: 70 kg
Kg to goal: 19.8kg
Will journal in daily with weekly weigh ins. Will also need to plan meals and exercise regularly. I find that my greatest weakness is after 5pm. From 5pm till I go sleep its a crazy frenzy of eating.
