Default Loosing Marbles? Or Pennies? Or...?

I don't know if I title this right, but I remember seeing Dr. Ian Smith on Rachel Ray. He has been working with the parents of Michael Strahan to help them lose weight. He had 2 jars: 1 empty & 1 with marbles, 1 for each pound they want to loose. Dr. Ian said to have something you can look at & have a visual reminder of how much you have accomplished.

Well, I've been going through a lot of "stuff" in my home, because we are hoping to move in the next few months. And I do not want to take a bunch of "junk with me! In doing so, I came across something I'd bought YEARS ago & forgot about. A collection of animal fetish beads made of gemstones & I thought I could make something with them! Even if it is just a simple necklace or something, I haven't yet decided.

I've got 36 of them. Which means I can add 2 for every 6 lbs. Actually it is more like 5.75 lbs. but I just rounded it up. Any suggestions on what to make? Any ideas on what YOU might do to chart your progress??

Maybe a bracelet? I wish I had thought to do something like this or a pandora type of bead for every ten pounds lost. I read the suggestion as a maintainer and thought it was a great idea.

Best of luck with your move; so smart to clean out everything ahead of time!
