Hi everybody!
I am new to this site and still trying to figure out how to use it. It is great to have such a wonderful support system!! I started Ideal Protein today and I have 112 pounds I am desperate to shed. I appreciate any future tips in the future!

Welcome! And yup, you need 20 days and 20 posts before you can add a tracker. The time goes by quickly though so don't worry.

Thanks everyone. Wow!! I feel encouraged already!! It is amazing the difference a great support system can make!! Sometimes, due to obesity and medical conditions it can feel like you are the "only one" battling weight! Yet, this proves I'm not alone in the struggle! Only someone who has battled obesity can truly understand the struggle, no matter how much they may care for you. But then that is life....We never know what anyone is going through until we have walked a mile in their shoes, no matter the issue I guess. I'll try the tracker again in two weeks! I appreciate the info and the warm welcomes!! =)
