June Fitness Challenge

  • Time to start a new month's thread, time flies by. I actually exceeded my target for last month.
  • I am going to go for 1400 minutes this month.

  • I hit my target for minutes and frequency but lost track of updates at the end.

  • I was really close last month a little inconsistent though. Aiming for 3-4 rides per week. OK so I let me get in my own way. Time to refocus and finish the month on a positive note.


    16 40 min indoor cyclin 10 minutes free weights
  • For June I hope to reach 5,000 steps or better at least 6 days a week.

    And, two trips to build strength at gym each week. Tomorrow is on schedule before a delightful Massage!!!
