Hey, I have been gone almost 3 years, but I am back. I started at 185 and now at 141. It has hard and took determination and willpower (which wasn't always good to me) I got down to 135, but gain some back. I am now doing a fitness boot camp but haven't lost anything. My husband keeps telling me it is muscle I hope so. I am getting frustrated but I will not give up.

So everyone Keep up the good work. You can go it!!!! I know if I can you can...because I have the willpower of a pea!!
