Well, it was a month of "comfort" food since I was semi-sick most of it. I am pleased to be down three pounds of the 5 pound target.

I'm flat for the month. I have really been struggling since Christmas so I guess holding steady is better than gaining.

Beth I've been in the same boat. This month I really tried to be honest with myself and not beat myself up for struggling. Forgiving myself seemed to help me make better choices.
