Has anyone ever tried Callanetics? If so how did it go?
I am happy with my legs....I am a runner....but not with my tum. I was looking in the charity bookshop for an exercise programme for tums, and found Callenetics. So I brought it.
Can it work with such tiny movements? Yesterday I was just learning the moves, I start for real today. The book says "30 days to a new you", perhaps I should report back in 30 days?
So, anyone try it?
