Just curious what other people are using and have noticed that some people ask for specific websites/apps but I thought it might be easier to say what we use ourselves. So I guess I will star with myself.
I use a FitBit Charge HR and the FitBit Aria Scales.
I also go to trendweight.com as it links with your Fitbit/Withings measurements and shows how you are 'trending' (EG if you gained a kilo from overeating during Easter you could be trending DOWN. Ill link mine (also its free) https://trendweight.com/u/1568d3a0dca940/
I also use Halls Advanced BMI Calculator (Free) and it doesn't just calculate your BMI but also comparative to others of your age, height and sex it shows you where you stand.
Then I use the Ideal Weight Calculator (From the same site) to show where your 'ideal weight' would be for all your variables... if you need to set a goal.
Oooo... I want to try that Halls BMI calculator!!! Looks neat
I use my smartphone app "Fatsecret" to loosely track calories and exercise for portion control. I van use it online too cause I have an account, but it's generally easier to use the phone as I have it with me almost all the time. It has a large selection of foods and exercises, and even a barcode scanner but its arguably a smaller database than say, my fitness buddy which is also a popular app. Also doesn't have all the workout information my fitness buddy app does... But what can I say? I love fatsecret and it works for me, I couldn't really change. It keeps me from being overly dependant on an app, which works for me, but my husband uses My Fitness Buddy for his fitness and loves it.
I also have a Wii u pedometer that links up to our Wii U Fit game and board my husband and I own. Its actually a really neat system, I don't weigh with it often but I like doing the yoga and some of the activities on the Wii U, and the pedometer is really good. It keeps me motivated because I can unlock virtual clothes for my mii character. It calls me obese all the time though.

I used FitBit, found it a bit pointless and not very accurate.
Got Polar HR monitor instead. It accurately counts all your heartbeats and calculates exactly how much calories you lose during exercise. Very useful when doing exercises without steps, like cycling, swimming, weights.
Love it!
And for calorie counting I use MyFitnessPal, because I have found it has the most UK products in the database.
What else...when I go out for a run I use Runkeeper, just because it is fun to see the run on a map late and see the distance and times.
I use the (free) TwoGrand app to track my food intake, water intake, weight and exercise. It's a photo journal, kind of like instagram, but you can find other meals out users based on lifestyle, activities, diet, or medical condition. You can also set health related goals, such as something related top your water intake, time in the gym, or flung a push up. It's a very supportive and inspiring community. I think that they are considering building in a calorie tracker, but that isn't useful to me.
Second, I use the videos on YogaGlo and FitnessGlo to help me get my activity in. They are really fantastic and you can view the videos offline on your phone as well.
I have a Fitbit Charge HR (previously a Fitbit One)
I wear a Polar HRM during heavy exercise (Charge HR is good for the other 23 hours of the but a chest strap is good for some exercise). I use Digifit app to keep track of my heart rate then Digifit sends the data to Fitbit and Fitbit uses that calorie data instead of what the Charge HR would have used.
I record calories with MyFitnessPal. MFP syncs with the Fitbit so I can see my calorie deficit for the day which is super helpful.
I use the Weight Watchers website and app since I am also a WW member. Fitbit syncs with the WW site as well.
I have a Withings scale also. And that Trendweight site is nice.
And for calorie counting I use MyFitnessPal, because I have found it has the most UK products in the database.
I just discovered this morning that FitBit has MORE food databases... Australia has been crying out for an Australian food database for Fitbit and it happened. Maybe its been around for a day/week/month... who knows... soo excited
I had a fitbit when it first came out and really liked it. I currently use a ft4 polar watch, that I absolutely LOVE. heart rate monitor that tracks calories burned during workouts.
I recently tried the Charge HR again (the large band and not the small,) moving up from a One. It's way more comfortable and I can wear it all the time, finally. I do fine it very accurate and it syncs with my Fitbit Aria scale. I also use MyFitnessPal. That is really all I use for tech when it comes to weight loss and truth be told, I very rarely log my food consistently. I always forget or get annoyed taking the time.

I am using FatSecret on my phone and am really happy with it! I tried the FitBit app but found it kind of a pain to enter in my food. FatSecret is EASY and then provides a rollup of carbs, fats, and proteins which is something I am looking at right now!
I have an app called 'Happy Scale' that is just for recording daily weights. It shows you a trend line like some of the programmes described above, which can be useful to keep a daily gain in perspective.
It lets you break your overall loss goal down into little chunks, and tells you how much progress you've made on the chunk/on the whole, also giving a time estimate for completion of both based on your data/speed of loss so far.
