I haven't had sugar cravings. I think it's more of food cravings, but drinking water whenever I feel the urge helps take it out

I'm not following any specific plan. Just eating healthy and exercising everyday
I'm the only member in our family who's around the "heavy" side so I've been a little insecure about my weight. I've been trying to lose weight for 2 years now, but school has been hindering my progress. It's my school vacation now so I want to finally lose all that weight before I go back in August
What about you? (And the others too of course!) I'd love to hear more about you guys!
