I started here in (I think) 2011, and at that time I was on nutriSystem, it worked but I didn't love it. I am now trying to lose the same weight that I was trying to lose back then, only a little bit more. I am on my 50 pound journey, and I know its not going to be easy. I am trying to go into the Coast Guard, so I have to be down weight and up in my run and swim, that is my motivator. I would like to be down to 130 by June, and it can be possible with a closely watched diet and the gym almost every day.
I plan on starting Weight Watchers soon (but not right now), but I know the amount of points I can have so am just going with that right now, while I let the gym do a little work.
I follow my fitbit religiously as far as water intake, calorie burn, and step count, and it is my best friend. I do have a couple others I am on the daily with for working out and healthy eating, but I do need a push every once in a while.
It feels good to be back on this journey, even if it's going to be hard.
