Hi Y'all!
I decided to go ahead and take the plunge and join in. Been reading awhile. I told myself I'd join when I've lost 100 pounds. I've lost 74 as of the 18th of March.But, well, whY? Just the old me talking. I'm a 63 yr wife, mom and grammie.
I started my weight loss journey 6&1/2 months ago. I lost the 1st 24 pounds on The Red Color Diet 45 day kick start and have lost the rest staying off the white stuff, 95% gluten free, 1 red meat a week, eat 3 x a day only, and only drink water & Herbal tea.Only raw honey and stevia as sweetner.No artificial anything. I also practice mindful eating.
I do see a few groups I'd like to join in with. Do you have to have lost 100 pounds to join the 100 pound club? My ultimate goal is to be able to walk with ease again, actively play with my grandchildren.I don't know what I want the scale to say- but in the ball park of another 90 pounds.
