Hello again.
I was pretty active on this site and had success following the Weight Watchers plan a few years ago and have done well to maintain a nice and steady 185ish without having to try and have been very lax on myself. Well, 3 food filled snowdays and a junk food filled free for all weekend when my best friend came to town have opened my eyes and jumped my scale and i need this support system again.
I'm taking a dream trip to London in October and i want to look fabulous (obvi) but also want to be able to go, go, go without feeling tired or out of breath and want to be down and able for any crazy idea we have while we're over there.
