Default Anyone Else Need to Lose 50 Pounds
I just joined 3FC today after watching my weight go up and up this winter and having no success elsewhere.

I need to lose 50 pounds - @188 - I don't see any 50 #groups - just 100 lbs and up

If there is one where can I find it

If there is not one how can I start one

I'm not sure if there is one... I have about fifty pounds left, but didn't start there. Most people go by what bracket they are in, like I'm in the 160's.

Try hanging out in the Featherweights forums. Most people there are under 50 lbs and we're friendly.
