Day 1 Carb Cycling (Turbo-Chris Powell)
So I have battled my weight almost all my life. The only plan that has ever worked is Atkins or any low carb diet. Well I guess I should say that is what used to work. Now low carb only helps take off some water weight and maybe a few more pounds but then completely halts my weight loss no matter how I mix it up or what kind of physical activity I do. I read about the carb cycling plan by Chis Powell and figured maybe my body needs a little change up like this to get it going again. I am slightly afraid of the high carb days, only because I am so used to carbs as the enemy, but am willing to try anything at this point. I am hoping that this will be just what I need to start pulling off all this extra weight.
If anyone has experiences on this plan that they wouldn't mind sharing, I would love to hear about them. Hopefully I can find a few people who are also either starting or on the plan to chat with along the way.
