Default Scale went the wrong way

Ugh!!!! I am SOOOO frustrated! This morning, the scale moved the wrong way. by 3 lbs. 3. whole. freaking. lbs. Ugh!!! I have stayed on track the last several days with calories and exercise. I did take Sunday off of working out, but I do that on average of once a week. My calories have been under what my fitness pal shows my daily allowance needs to be. My water has been good. So I just don't get it. I know...there will be up days. But 3 whole lbs? Ugh. Just needed to rant.

The scale goes up about 5 pounds every weekend for me, but I'm still losing. The scale will jump around for soooo many reasons (most of which have nothing to do with gaining actual weight). I know it sucks to see unless you're use to it. It may benefit you to weigh only once a week.

My scale will go up and down depending on what I eat (even if it's in my calories). Dairy and salt will make the scale jump way up, even when I'm drinking a lot of water!
