I'm Stine and I have always been fighting with obesity and an eating disorder (binge eating). The eating disorder I finally beat two years ago, and I slowly started focusing on a healthier life.
This January, I felt that I was now really ready an committed for a better way of life. I eat high protein, mostly because my stomach reacts very badly to a lot of gluten and because I suddenly had a stomach free of feeling bloated and all the other problems I have had previously.
I have aleays had the yo-yo weight - i have lost a lot of weight only to gain it plus more afterwards...simply because I wasnt in touch with myself and didnt have the self insight needed to understand why.
After many years of personal development, I now know that it is time. I am 42 years old and am finally in a place where I put ME first
I use lifesum as my app for measuring and viewing the things I eat and it works so well for me as I aways have my phone at hand anyways so registration of my intake is very simple.
