Hello All!
My name is Cassandra and I have been reading 3FC for a while but finally decided to join the fun and start
posting. I am a 26 year old teacher who greatly needs to take control of my eating habits and my life. I had a 60 pound weight loss when I was 18 for my high school graduation. I lost 60 pounds in six months, but once I moved away for university, after 7 years 70 pounds has crept back on. My Dad just passed away in early 2014 from a massive heart attack. I am devastated, however, instead of seeing it as a wake up call, I turned to binge eating and food to make me happy during my extreme grief. My health is what's most important for my weight loss journey and I am really looking for friends and support from other women going through similar struggles. You all inspire me!
I do not have a gym membership, but I want to commit to exercising at home for 30 minutes for at least 3 times a day for now, then increase as I become more active!
Any advice, inspiration, etc. is greatly accepted!!!
