That seems very quick. However a lot of factors can effect that. Water weight. Were you eating a really bad diet before and really cleaned it up. Went from very sedentary to very active?

If you have any symptoms such as peeing a lot, fruit breath and always thirsty, I would maybe see a doctor. (DKA can cause very fast weight loss like that)

Otherwise, that's great you lost weight that fast. Congrats to you and please share your success tips.

Well before I started I used to eat unhealthier foods more frequently, but before that time I got a little more prudent on what I put inside of me -like staying away from certain carbs and drinks - but I did sometimes indulge myself in it. When I first began my journey I lost 5 pounds because of the build up weight I got from sugars and carbs. I wasn't sedentary cos I go to school and I still ran (not like I do now but yeah).

I pee a lot but that's because I drink a lot of green tea and then 2 liters of water (I started doing this 2 days ago) so I won't be dehydrated.. thinking about it that's kind of unhealthy isn't it?

It happened to my mom too around my age and she has the same body build as I do. Mind you I'm in my teens so that might be it!

I wouldn't worry if you have been making serious changes. Since Dec. 29 I have lost 22 pounds.
I Cleaned up my diet, limit fast food and sugar. Now I wear a Fitbit and get between 10-15,000 steps. This isn't from chronic cardio. Max is a 35 minute workout. I haven't deprived myself. I have had wine, mixed drinks, birthday cake, Mexican food, pizza, wings and onion rings and I went crazy for 4 days the
end of Jan. (gained 5 pounds) but most of the time I eat super healthy

I could lose fast like that when I was a teen too but I would usually regain just as fast. Not saying that will be the case for you but what I didn't know is after I lost I couldn't go back to eating how I was prior to losing. I honestly had no idea I had to change how I ate forever. I didn't have internet back then to know these things but I'm sure you know the deal.

No way in h*ll could I lose that fast now. :/
