Goal 200 miles cycling

1 10 miles 45 minutes
2 1 hr shoveling
3 1 hr shoveling (works my core so I'll take it)
4 complete load who likes to nap......a lot
5 17 miles cycling 70 min
6 5 miles cycling 20 min
7 10 miles cycling 45 minutes 10 min core (42 miles)
8-12 don't remember
13 walked 5 miles
14 walked 5 miles
15 walked 5 miles
16-18 work exhausted!

21 no more being lazy! 14 miles 1 hr cycling 20 min core strength exercises

I am going to have to adjust goal due to sprained ankle. I am just going to go for 1000 minutes.

Goal 1000 minutes.
