Smile Hi I'm new and hoping to lose 20-40 pounds!

Hello, years ago when I was 10-13 years of age I weighed 200 pounds and I lost it within a year and now I'm at 140 pounds (10 stone) I'm not happy with my body and now looking for some support with my new weightlose.. I'm not on a strict diet, I'm doing what I did before.. Weight watchers food, fruit and vegetables.. Eating 3 meals a day and an orange after dinner (not straight after but 2 hours or so) I wanted to lose 40 pounds but apparently that would be dangerously skinny for me as my height is 5ft5/6 so 20 it is! I hope to meet new, friendly people through my journey and I hope to support others. I started this diet a week ago and its the first diet since I have stuck to and I feel dedicated to change my lifestyle.

Sounds like a good approach! Are you sure you don't want to consider some more snacks, though? Wouldn't want you to feel hungry throughout the day c:
Well, hopefully, this'll be the right place for that. Good luck with your loss!
