Hello everybody!
Well, a few years ago I was an active member and this site helped me to lose some weight. However, in the last year, I have unfortunately gained 30lbs and am now at my heaviest weight ever! I really am looking to just get back to where I started, in the 140's, as opposed to being in the 170's right now. I am really embarrassed posting here because I gained so much weight, so rapidly that I was tested for hypothyroidism (among other symptoms). But I know I just gotta put my self out there if I want support, and boy do I need it
I'm going to weigh myself in a bit and update my ticker and all that when I have time. I'm in my last year of university and it's my final semester, + 2 jobs, + teaching private music, + boyfriend + gym = no time.
Hopefully I learn to manage my time among other things while I try to lose weight, I know it's all important and related!
