Default New Diet, not a resolution, just how the timing worked out

Hi!

My name is Christine, I'm 27 years old, I've been happily married for 5.5 years, and I have two little boys (Jayden, 4 and Jack, 2). I have also had 3 second trimester miscarriages in the past 14 months, the last one being December 10th, 2014, when I was 20 weeks pregnant.

This is only relevant because it explains my timing. I have been putting my diet plan on hold because I wanted to wait until I was done having babies, but now that we will have to go through genetic testing and all sorts of things, I feel like having this to concentrate on while in limbo will help with the stress (i hope).

I am counting calories, and staying away from carbs for the most part, sticking to salads, veggies, and grilled chicken all day every day, and I've also ordered p90 to try that out, because, again, I think it will help with the stress.

If anybody knows where in the forum I should go based on my info, I'd love a nudge in that direction.

Thanks!

Welcome Christine!

I am sorry to hear about your miscarriages I think working out and eating clean will probably help alleviate some of your stress and put the focus in a positive aspect towards your body rather than a depressing or disappointed one. I am not sure where to direct you in the forum because I am new myself, but I wish you the best of luck on your weight loss journey and in good health!

Kind Regards,

Johanna

What a brave and strong woman you are! I am so sorry for your loss and send prayers your way. I wish you the best of luck and health, you are going to be an inspiration to so many and even now. I'm new too, so I don't know where to direct you either but I agree with Pete veritatem. Many blessings and happy new year!
