Any Suggestions?
Hey world!
So i work out 4 days out of the week at the gym, and when im there i do a bit of everything (cardio, strength, etc). no i want to do work outs at home but my apartment is smal and i have really no space to do what i want. Anyone have any at home workouts that i could maybe try. And if any of them consist of push-up, i dont know how to do them yet, so is there a similar work out that works the same areas or have a trick to learn how to do them? it would be well appreciated.
