After looking online for several hours trying to find some information re: WW fat and fiber diet. I lost about 80 lbs using that diet...way, way back in the 90's. I've gained 25 lbs of that back. I haven't been able to find much about it until finding this website. I've tried to go to the WW website and nothing is said about it. I've tried the new WW programs they've come up with in the last few years, but nothing has worked, or been easiest enough, to follow. Needless to say, no weight lost!
I think the diet was like 15-20 grams of fat and at least 25 grams of fiber. Very easy to follow. I need something that's easy to follow. Does anyone have any other information re: this "fat and fiber" diet? (I actually think it was called "Fat and Fiber program" from WW. Is there a pocket size book that has the fat, fiber grams without spending a fortune?
