I just thought I'd post this to see if anyone has similar stats. I love the forum and all of the support here. It is absolutely wonderful. I just wanted to see if anyone would want to maybe be a buddy or something (I'm resisting saying partners in crime lol). Maybe emails or something with easier, quicker communication. Just thought I'd throw it out there...
I'm a little taller than you, but kind of close in numbers... I stalled out around 190-193 for the entire spring and summer, then i buckled down and lost another 20 pounds the last couple months. Now I'm stalled at the low 170s again...
I started at 220. I am at 201 right now and my first goal is 185 by the end of March. My long term goal would be 140 by Jan. 2016. However I would be happy to get under 150 and maintain in the 140's.
