Here are the rules : The fastest to shed 2 % of their body weight wins. To calculate 2 % just multiply .02 with your body weight and round off to the nearest 0.1/0.2 lbs (which ever your scale shows). Winner starts the new thread!

I am waiting a few days to post my weight... I skipped weigh ins for 2 days, and finally climbed on that scale and faced the music and it was not pretty! I just don't want to post today's weigh and go on losing 3-4 pounds of bloat in a few days...because I think I am carrying nearly 5 pounds of water weight after this holiday. So I will let everything level off for a few days.
Sum, I started out the month at 244.4. My low (pre-Thanksgiving) was 235.0
So, 9.4 for the month. I do a lot of bouncing around so it sometimes appear that I'v lost more than I have....because some is "repeat pounds".

FYI: I had a surgery last week (and in Sept) and have been rather sedentary....plus turkey and stuffing....I've been on a VLC regimen the past few days and am now back at work, so I'm sure it's all fluid. BUT, I'll take it because I sure need a pick-me-up.
