think (not sure) they had chromium picolinate in them, which used to be thought of as an aid to building lean muscle mass and fat loss ... had something to do with insulin resistance. Anyhow, from what I've read this is disproven (caveat: I'm no expert, just my impression of the bulk of the science on that) AND chromium in the picololinate form has some adverse health effects. So if you buy these, it'd be a good idea to check if picolinate is in there. Chromium in other forms is supposedly fine.
I believe Weight Smart has green tea. This is fine, but you could just take a cheaper vitamin with a cup of tea, IMO.
Still, what wasn't helpful for me might be for you. We are all different!
