My weekly goals will be:
weight exercise video 2x each week
2000 hula hoops each week
100 push ups each week
30 minutes trampoline time each week
12,000 steps 5 days each week

11/2: run/walk Couch to 5K
11/3: 12,000 steps
11/4: 15,671 steps
11/5: 250 hula hoops, 30 push ups
