Default November Turkey Trot Exercise Club

Does the thought of a big Thanksgiving dinner make your clothes feel tight already???? Why not beat the holiday season bulge by making daily movement a part of your day. Let's show the holiday season we are in control Set a goal and get moving chicks!!

November officially starts my training for May. My goal is to log miles, minutes and get back into good habits that I let slide. Going to aim for 1000 minutes

1. 50 minutes cycling (Sprinting DVD) 20 min kettle bells
2. 70 minutes cycling (Hill climbs DVD) 20 min yoga
3. work
4. work
5 30 min cycling (hill climbs) 10 min yoga
6 rest
7 50 minutes cycling (sprinting DVD) 20 min yoga
8 50 minutes cycling (cadence)
9-12 work
13 120 minutes cycling (cadence) 440 minutes only 560 to go!
14 30 minutes cycling
15 60 minutes cycling
16-18 work
19 90 minutes cycling
20 30 minutes cycling (650)
21 45 minutes cycling

I was very close to meeting exercise goal for October so for November my goal is to reach my goal this month.

Goal: 1350 minutes of Exercise

I'm meeting my minutes but not my consistency goal. Maybe this month

Goal: 527/1200 minutes, 11/20 days (2 break days/wk)

2 - 40m exercise bike
3 - 20m Wii exercise
5 - 20m Wii
6 = 50m bike
7 - 15m Wii
9 - 105m hike
10 - 90m walk
11 - 90m walk
12 - 60m walk
14 - 55m bike
15 - 30m Wii

My weekly goals will be:
weight exercise video 2x each week
2000 hula hoops each week
100 push ups each week
30 minutes trampoline time each week
12,000 steps 5 days each week

I'll start tomorrow - Monday, November 3

11/2: run/walk Couch to 5K

11/3: 12,000 steps
11/4: 15,671 steps
11/5: 250 hula hoops, 30 push ups
11/6:
11/7:
11/8:
11/9:
