I have had this problem in the past, and the only thing that worked long-term for me was discovering WHY I ate past the point of satiety all the time and WHY I constantly sabotaged my weight loss.I went to an eating disorder therapist, who helped me learn WHY I overate and how to think/reason my way out of a binge. Lots of them offer sliding scale fees if money is a problem. It doesn't happen overnight, and it's a lot of hard work, but you can find freedom from this. OA (Overeaters Anonymous) is another great option. Good luck!
