Default Miso, vegetable and chicken sausage ( or fish) Soup

Hi
Where I live we are entering the cold months. I came up with a nice recipe. It is sort of asian. The base of the soup is pureed cooked carrots ( which I make) and water. i add in frozen french cut greenbeans and cooked cabbage ( I always keep a pot of cooked cabbage in the refrig). which I think is a great low calorie vegetable. I add in sliced low calorie chicken sausage ( not all chicken sausage is low in calories. The kind i buy is 80 calories for a 2.5 oz link. I add in good quality salt such as himilayan or caltic. I take it off the stove and stir in a tablespoon of miso and a tsp of toasted seasme oil ( both of which I consider asian ingredients. Thats it. I eat it many days a week. Sometimes I use cod fish instead of the chicken sausage.
I always have pureed cooked carrots in the freezer or refrig. So making the soup becomes easy. Just spoon out the pureed carrot and cut up the cabbage that is in the refrig already cooked.
