Talking South Beach Diet ???

Hi everybody

I just wondered if anybody from England was on the South Beach Diet. I started it on Tuesday and am a bit stuck for ideas.

Hiya Julie

This is a diet I personally have never heard of but I'm sure someone out there will have so keep looking!

What sort of thing does the diet entail?

Where abouts in Lancashire are you? I'm in Accrington and yes it is sunny at the moment.

Default South Beach Diet

Hi Dee

The South Beach Diet is abit like the Atkins Diet, but you can have more carbs. After the first two weeks induction you can have cerial, bread and fruit, so its pretty good really. The only thing I am missing is my wine, cant have any for two weeks.

Oh yeah I am from Leyland in Lancashire, and it has been sunny today. Its supposed to be a heat wave next week

Well best be off

Julie

Hello Julie!
I'm also doing the South Beach diet. As of today I have lost 12lbs and am really thrilled
It was quite difficult to start with but I've now finished phase 1 and am going out tonight to celebrate with some alcohol! Let me know how you're getting on,
Anj
