Hi everyone,
I was active on this forum several months ago, until June of this year. That was the time I was exercising vigorously for few months together and I lost 35 lbs that time. I was also on Phentermine during those times and I mainly took it for added motivation, as if the medication was 'doing something' although I knew all along it is merely an appetite suppressant and does not do anything miraculous. I was exercising vigorously the whole time then. Since then, I have completely stopped exercising the past 5 months and have gained 4 lbs back. I am at 200 lbs now (starting weight 231). I thought this it high time I try to lose another 20 - 30 lbs since as such I don't see too much difference between 231 lbs and 200 lbs although I did drop down 1 dress size, from size 18 to size 16 before.
I hate exercising but there is no gain without some pain, and therefore, sans Phentermine, I am going to be on a diet (which I am doing already, I eat a good breakfast, a small lunch, and just a cup of milk and a 100 Cal. Yoghurt for dinner each day). I have started walking 45 min at 3.6 mph on the treadmill 6 days a week and I thought of adding a little bit of strength training exercises (20 min a day for 3 days a week) as demonstrated in

I hate exercising so badly which is why I stopped it altogether the past 5 months, and that's the reason why I'm back here, this site and all its contributions gives motivation to me -- all success stories and experiences gained of those members dieting and exercising add to my knowledge and help me feel committed and motivated.
So see you all around. Thanks for listening to me.
Cheers and regards.
