RawrGirl has been on a diet (or temporarily off said diet) for 22 years, trying to lose the same 30 pounds, and only ever losing (and gaining) the same 10-15. Finally, 2 years ago, she reached her goal of 129 pounds, and even kept it off for a little more than a year, give a take a few pounds due to holidays. But ever since this past Valentines Day Weekend, it has steadily crept upwards. She does not even know what her weight is at the moment -- RawrGirl believes the scale to be the devil incarnate

and refuses to get on it -- but none of her pants will fit, and her measurements are up SEVERAL inches.
After having finally lost the weight, she is incredibly dissapointed that she gained so much, if not all, back (she threw out all her "fat" clothes, so she has no idea how much she's gained). Needless to say, she is getting back on track and hoping to reach 129 again.
Last time she did Atkins, and though it was the first diet that actually worked and helped her reach goal, every time she ate carbs, she put on enough water weight that her waist went up an inch (and the scale about 6 pounds). So this time, she wants to get back to 129 while eating carbs, so that she can eat an occasional pizza or go on a date with hubby without instantly gaining a size.
She is doing Sonoma this time, since Atkins taught her a love of veggies. The only real difference between last time and this time is she's eating 100% whole grain breads instead of always being in Ketosis.
