I'm new to this forum but not to weight loss... infact I've lost quite a bit with calorie counting. However it's become a bit tedious for me to track. Hence I decided to try a form of intuitive eating.
But I still keep going back to calories occasionally, I think it's because I feel like I can't trust myself.
I would love some buddies to keep me on track with my goal...to get OFF counting and actually start listening to my body. Buddies that will remind me to eat nutritious, healthy foods that will nourish my body and only eat treats in moderation.
Any volunteers???
