Hello my long term goal is to lose at least 20-25 lbs, but for now i am aiming for 10 pounds. this is my fourth day on weight watchers. It is the easiest way for me to manage what i eat without feeling deprived. My problem is portion size and i tend to eat too fast. I need to work on that. I walk quite a bit on the bike trail but i need to make an effort to get to the gym more often. I'm thinking about joining a yoga class as well. I am happy to have joined this online support group. I'm really looking forward to ideas and suggestions from other people along with encouragement to keep me on track.

I have done WW in the past, but cannot afford it, really, and I don't stick to it without the meetings.

The nice thing about WW is you can eat whatever you want as long as you add it into your points. No food is forbidden. That helps a lot of people. WW is how I started eating so many different vegetables. Since they were 0 points I knew I could fill up on them and still have points left for my favorite foods. I found so many vegetables that I didn't realize that I liked.

WW is expensive. I do it on my own. i have the tracker and book. I google search if i don't know the points on a certain food and it usually comes right up. There is also the list of weigh watchers 0 points food list online.
