Hello my long term goal is to lose at least 20-25 lbs, but for now i am aiming for 10 pounds. this is my fourth day on weight watchers. It is the easiest way for me to manage what i eat without feeling deprived. My problem is portion size and i tend to eat too fast. I need to work on that. I walk quite a bit on the bike trail but i need to make an effort to get to the gym more often. I'm thinking about joining a yoga class as well. I am happy to have joined this online support group. I'm really looking forward to ideas and suggestions from other people along with encouragement to keep me on track.
