Default Old Weight Watchers

Hello--Anyone here doing old weight watchers style diet? I am referring to the one from the 1980s with exchanges? Is there a forum for that diet?

I don't think there is a specific forum for it. I am a regained lifetime member of WW and I got to lifetime way back when on an exchange program. There was a lot I liked about it. Exchange programs are out there. I think that TOPS uses (or used) an exchange program. What I liked about WW that no one else really did was the concept of the optional calories where you got so many calories a week that could be spent on anything including stuff that really didn't fit within the regular exchanges (such as chocolate, etc). That was part of what made the program livable for me.
