I figured I should start here before posting in other threads! I'm trying to lose 100lbs. My weight's steadily been increasing over the last 3 years after I started my full-time job, and it (unfortunately) finally went past the 200lb mark I never thought I'd pass. It's been an overwhelming journey of "quick-fix" yo-yo diets but I'm doing my best to stick to the tride-and-true calorie counting method.
I'm here because I'm looking for some extra support from others who have gone, or are currently going, through what I am. At the moment it's a constant battle between me and my thoughts (not even food!). I get extremely overwhelmed every time I start thinking about how much I need to lose, but I know I need to take it day-by-day...I just need the support of the lovely people here to take me further
