Hi everyone!
Recently I've been reading a lot about food. This is a new way for me to feel good about eating and to understand what every bite does to my body.
Although this book caters to people who like beauty related things, I think it's a fantastic read. The book has helpful charts that tell you the benefits of each food and has chapters divided by what's in season.
Have you read Eat Pretty and if yes, do you have similar books to recommend?
