In order for anyone to assess if you're doing something right or wrong, we would need more info. Can you please let us know what you're eating, how much of it, what you're avoiding, any exercise, etc.? Thanks.
You might not be doing anything wrong or you might be doing everything wrong.
If it makes you feel any better I went for a month with no change on the scale because I was following a program that was idiotic. It makes me mad thinking about it even today 5 years later ...
