Hi everyone,
I am 20 years old and a foodaholic. I've been aware of my weight since I was a young teenager but never did anything because (insert every excuse ever). Food and lack of motivation are my downfall so I am hoping to get some here. (Motivation, not food!)
I am currently about 178lb down from 180lb (yay), I would like to be between 125lb and 130lb but let's aim for 130lb for now. I would like to lose most of this weight before may next year because I'm getting married(!). I am hoping that a wedding will be a kick in the butt that I need as I've never had a something to look forward to after losing weight so my interest disappears.
