Goodbye Babyweight! (And then some)
Hello everyone!
Just wanted to introduce myself. I'm a mother of 2, my youngest is a few months shy of a year. I'm working to lose all the weight from having 2 babies in as many years as well as the little extra I had before the babies. Sadly after the birth of my last I gain more weight instead of losing the seemingly magical pounds everyone I know claims to lose after giving birth. Breast feeding let me down hard when it caused me to maintain weight instead of losing with both my children. But I am determined to get it off and keep it off!
My current goal of 3 is to lose 20 lbs by Christmas! More importantly I'm working towards building a healthier lifestyle for myself and being a better model of healthy living for my children.
