Tsfl Coach Recommendations
Hi there- I'm very seriously considering starting medifast. I met with our local "chapter" last week and was very impressed but also sticker shocked by the close to $950 up front cost. So after some research discovered TAKE SHAPE FOR LIFE. I was assigned a coach. Two things, can someone recommend a coach that they've worked with and liked? I was assigned a male and would prefer a female. Also and / or do you think it's worth it to just pay the upfront (high) cost and be accountable every week at our local office? I'm torn....
