Default Fell Off The Wagon Yesterday...

Hi everyone,

Ok, so I guess yesterday was my first "slip-up day" and now today is confession time. Time to examine what happened and why, and most importantly, get right back on program... I'm going to just weigh in tomorrow morning to get an accurate start-over weight and take it from there. I'm also not going to switch back to Phase 1, I'm just going to continue on with Phase 2.

And now for the confession...

Basically I had a "f**k it" day ... I went all morning without breakfast, which I try NEVER to do. This caused me to wanna eat everything in sight when I got out of work, it was lunch time (my hours are weird, 6am-1pm), and I got takeout from Cheesecake Factory. BAD CHOICES too... Caeser salad w/out croutons, stuffed mushrooms, and (wait for it, wait for it....) nachos . HORRIBLE I know... That's not the end of it either. My dinner was one big cheat-fest as well...I went to my fiance's house and I hadn't eaten dinner yet, thinking we'd eat something together. Well he brought home his lunch from work (Chinese) and it was late already and the only thing there was pasta-taco salad. This was ground beef, taco seasoning, shredded lettuce, onion, crushed taco shells, and pasta. One problem: The pasta was WHITE...Ugh!! I couldn't have had a worse day. I felt (and still feel) so guilty!! I didn't drink any water and I haven't been exercising. I really just need to get right back on with EVERYTHING.

So that's my confession, that was my day of falling off the wagon yesterday. That's what happens when you don't plan...

Roldgold one day with poor choices certainly does not undue all the positive ones since beginning SB. The scale may not be kind tomorrow, but you are being very wise getting right back on track. Believe me we all have days like this! Give yourself credit not ordering cheesecake. I would have lol

Sometimes I think it's almost better to get it all out of your system in one day and then get right back on track. The scale will probably not be happy, something I've gotten used to. It seems like the after effects of chines food stay on the scale reading for me up to 3 days. It's not a deal breaker when you get right back on track!
