Eh, wasn't so on-plan (defaulted to calorie-counting, so I was on *a* plan, just not SBD... in other words, not a free-for-all, which is my usual off plan).
Today
Phase 2 (maybe 2.5? 'cause I just found out BEETS AREN'T ALLOWED IN PHASE 2. WHAAAT?! OK, I rarely eat them but I think they have lots of good things in them) - no grains but carrot, apple and

beet

in there.
B - coffee/us almond milk.
L - Veggie burger with tomatoes, wrapped in lettuce, with nsa ketchup, mustard and dill relish - DEE lish. Iced tea.
S - whole juice (= cold veggie puree but tastes so much better than that sounds!) from 1 cup kale, 1 carrot, ~ 1/4 of a beet, 1/2 a small apple, big sprig of mint, juice of 1/2 a lime and 1/2 a lemon.
other S - veggies with hummus, if I get to the store...
D - Grilled salmon with cauli-rice, tomato/cucumber salad
dessert - Greek yogurt - maybe a fudgesicle freezer pop if I make it
