Everyone month we call the exercise thread a challenge. Some chicks might find the title intimidating. Use the thread to track your progress and be accountable for getting a daily dose of fitness. Whether you run, walk, ride, yoga, Zumba or are adding positive steps (taking the stairs instead of the elevator) to your daily routine keep track of your success. You may motivate someone else to join in next month.

Walked a mile with the dogs Monday and I never thought a broken elevator at work would be a positive thing but it has forced me to take the stairs yesterday and today.

Angel - you can edit your original post and keep track there if you want to That way you can always see your progress to the goal you set.

ETA - great job turning the broken elevator into a positive
