2- 25 minutes weights, 20 minutes aerobics

4- 30 minutes aerobics
5- 35 minutes power walk
6- 25 minutes weights, 20 minutes aerobics

8- 1 1/2 hours in the garden!!
9- 35 min power walk, 20 minutes weights
10
11- 35 ,min power walk
12- weights and aerobics; about 45 minutes
13 (soooo sedentary! 9 hours in a car!!)

16- 35 min walk, 1 hour in the garden
17- weights and walk- 45 minutes total

19- 35 min power walk
20- weights and walk-45 minutes

23- weights and walk- 45 min
24- power walk- 35 min
25- 30 min aerobics, 35 minute walk

27- weights and walk- 45 min

29
30- 25 minutes weights; 3 + hours in the garden (with all the bending and stretching I'm calling it "hot yoga"!!)
