Hello All! I'm going to use this carrot dude right now because it just looks too fun not to!
OK with that out of the way... HI

I am new here, and still learning the ins and outs so bare with me... but My name is Fawks and I've got 150 lbs left to get to my ultimate goal! (Already down 20 WOOT)
I started with the Ottawa Hospital Weight Management clinic 5 weeks ago (This Tuesday will be the start of my 6th week) and am on the shake diet... it's like non-surgical gastric bypass in a way. In the last 5 weeks I've come down from 355 to 327 and counting. To say it's been a rough road would be an understatement. But I'm getting there, plugging away one day at a time.
I miss food....
OMG do I ever... but I can't hate the results!
I think when this is done, I won't want to see a chocolate milk or a shake for a VERY long time (my two options are Vanilla, or Chocolate.. Vanilla tastes like cake batter.. and chocolate tastes like chocolate milk... both very yummy.... but Holy Hannah I miss cheese and vegetables and things that aren't SWEET) haha.
Anyway. I have no idea what to write in these things.. but HI
