Questions Re: Starting Phase 2
Hi everyone!
I am ready to move on to phase 2, and I read the book, however I'm just confused about some things. I'm wondering exactly WHAT I'm allowed to add back into my diet and HOW MUCH. The book is not specific at all. Is there a link or site online that is more specific that might have an actual listing of the foods that are allowed to be added back?
